Horace Cooper will be on the radio twice on Monday February 25, 2008 to discuss Congress' failure to pass the Protect America Act.
The first will be at 10:30am EST for a half an hour. He will be on KRMS 1150AM in Osage Beach, MO. He will be on the Morning Magazine with Mike McSorley. You can listen live here.
