McALLEN, TEXAS (September 10, 2018)—The American Civil Rights Union entered a comprehensive settlement agreement with Starr County, Texas, to clean up and maintain the county’s voter registration rolls under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (ACRU v. Rodriguez et. al. 7:16-cv-00103).
